Description

The South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator (SADPMR) invites bids for the support, maintenance, and migration of its existing telephony infrastructure. The project involves transitioning to a Microsoft Teams Voice Calling Solution, including the provision of a SIP Trunk with 30 channels and the configuration of 130 user accounts. The successful service provider will be responsible for system integration, number porting, firewall configuration, and providing 24 hours of monthly ad-hoc support. The contract duration is 36 months, with a four-week migration period. The work will take place at the SADPMR offices in Kempton Park.
