The South African Local Government Association (SALGA) is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to support the Municipal Revenue Management Support Programme (MRMSP). This project aims to assist municipalities and municipal entities in improving their revenue management over a 36-month period. The work will take place across various municipalities in South Africa. Bidders must demonstrate extensive experience in municipal finance, local government regulatory environments, and data analytics. The closing date for submissions is 11 September 2026 at 11:00 am. This is a panel appointment, and proposals exceeding R1,000,000,000 will not be considered.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
