The project covers the head office and 43 branches nationwide. The service provider must also provide ongoing technical support, quality monitoring, and comprehensive staff training. The contract spans a 36-month period, supporting 58 system users and 3 supervisors. The work will be managed from the NYDA head office in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in Genesys Cloud solutions and provide a Delivery Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience.
