The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) invites bids for the supply of software licences, support services, and the enhancement of its Genesys Cloud-based customer service solution. The project covers the head office and 43 branches nationwide. Key deliverables include the rollout of voice, email, and WhatsApp communication channels, integration with the existing Odoo ERP system, and the implementation of AI-driven chatbots and voicebots. The service provider must also provide ongoing technical support, quality monitoring, and comprehensive staff training. The contract spans a 36-month period, supporting 58 system users and 3 supervisors. The work will be managed from the NYDA head office in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in Genesys Cloud solutions and provide a Delivery Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience.
