The KwaZulu-Natal Growth Fund Agency (KZNGFA) is seeking a service provider to supply a KYC verification system for a 36-month period. The platform must perform end-to-end background, compliance, and probity checks for individuals and entities. Key deliverables include identity and passport verification, CIPC and Deeds Office checks, and screening against sanctions, PEP, and adverse media lists. The system must support AML/KYC due diligence, risk profiling, and transaction monitoring while ensuring compliance with POPIA, FICA, and King IV standards. The solution should be cloud-based or hybrid, offering API integration and dedicated local support. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and provide five signed reference letters from previous clients.
