Description

The South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) is seeking a service provider to deliver executive team and individual coaching services. The project will take place over a maximum of 18 months. The work involves designing and implementing a four-phase coaching program for 12 senior executives, including needs assessments, team workshops, one-on-one coaching, and final reporting. Key deliverables include an inception report, coaching agreements, leadership development plans, and progress reports. The service provider must have at least 7 years of experience in the public sector and provide a team of 7 specialized coaches.
