Description

The Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality is inviting bids for the appointment of a service provider to compile a GRAP-compliant Fixed Assets Register. This project will take place in Phuthaditjhaba over a period of three years. The successful bidder will be responsible for reconstructing the asset register, conducting a 100% verification of infrastructure and movable assets, performing condition assessments, and updating depreciation calculations. Key deliverables include a GRAP 17 compliant asset register, an updated Asset Management Policy, and a capacity-building program for municipal staff. The project requires a multidisciplinary team led by a qualified engineer and a chartered accountant, supported by professional valuers and geomatics experts.
