Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) for its 3,356 employees. This contract will run for a period of five years. The successful bidder must provide services across all South African provinces and support all 11 official languages. Key deliverables include a 24/7/365 national call centre, professional counselling services, trauma debriefing, financial and debt advice, and executive wellness assessments. The provider will also manage absenteeism, provide training, and conduct health awareness campaigns. The work requires a national footprint with local affiliates in every province to ensure accessibility for all staff members.
