Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to conduct external investigations into ethics and unethical misconduct cases. The work will be performed nationally, with specific focus areas in the Eco-glades (Head Office), Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town regions. Key deliverables include developing investigation plans, collecting and analyzing evidence, conducting stakeholder interviews, and submitting final investigation reports within thirty days of commencement. The service provider must be prepared to start investigations within three working days of receiving an instruction and provide regular progress updates. All records and working papers produced during the assignment remain the property of the RAF. The contract requires personnel with specific expertise in forensic or corporate investigations, holding relevant NQF level 7 or 8 qualifications and professional accreditations such as CFE or ICFP SA. The tender is evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
