The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) invites bids for the supply of three vehicle-mounted mobile direction-finding (MDF) units. The work will take place at the ICASA Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng. The units must be portable, re-deployable, and capable of detecting radio frequency emissions between 10 MHz and 8 GHz. Key deliverables include the supply of three fully calibrated units, all necessary accessories, and a three-day hands-on training program for 10 technical officers. The successful bidder must provide a minimum three-year warranty and five years of software updates and technical support. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 on 03 July 2026.
