Description

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) invites bids for the upgrade of nine existing CEYEAR model 4024L portable spectrum analysers to Real-Time Spectrum Analysis (RTSA) capability. The work will take place at the ICASA offices in Centurion, Gauteng. The project aims to enhance radio frequency monitoring between 9 kHz and 54 GHz. Key deliverables include the supply and installation of software and hardware upgrades, provision of all necessary accessories, calibration certificates from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, and a three-day training program for ten technical officers. The bid (ICASA 43-2026) is valid for 120 days from the closing date of 03 July 2026.
