Description

The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a catering service provider for their Heritage Day Celebration at the Western Cape office. The event will take place on 23 September 2026 at 1C Summer Greens Drive, Milnerton. The service provider must supply a traditional African menu for 20 delegates, including three types of starch, four meat varieties, two vegetable dishes, two salads, and assorted beverages. The provider is responsible for supplying all cutlery, crockery, and table linens. Additionally, the provider must ensure timely delivery, manage waste removal from the site, and keep a printed copy of the specifications on-site during the event.
