Description

South African Airways Technical (SAAT) is seeking a service provider to perform a comprehensive Threat and Risk Assessment. The project involves identifying security threats, analyzing vulnerabilities, and designing a risk-based Close Protection model for investigative functions. The work will take place at SAAT facilities and requires stakeholder engagement through interviews and workshops. Key deliverables include an inception report, a detailed threat and risk assessment report, an executive summary, and a formal management presentation. The project must be completed within 4 to 6 weeks, with the overall service agreement spanning 24 months.
