The Office of the Valuer-General (OVG) is seeking a service provider to supply 24-hour physical security guarding services for two locations in Pretoria. The contract will run for a period of thirty-six months. The successful bidder will be responsible for access control, protecting assets and staff, conducting regular patrols, and performing quarterly risk assessments. The service provider must also manage a control room and ensure a gender balance among security staff. The work will take place at the Praetor Forum Building and the Centre Walk Building in Pretoria.
