The contract will run for a period of 36 months. The scope includes the delivery of cleaning products, equipment maintenance, repairs, and mandatory staff training. The successful bidder must provide equipment with a 12-month factory warranty and ensure ongoing maintenance for 24 months. Additionally, the provider must compile a cleaning manual and catalogue within two months of appointment. Bidders must select one or more regional clusters (covering all provinces) for which they are applying. The tender process includes a non-compulsory virtual briefing session and requires adherence to strict operational and technical standards. SARS reserves the right to adjust site locations and quantities based on operational needs throughout the contract duration.
