The scope of work includes providing breakfast at 08:30, consisting of coffee, tea, and assorted sandwiches, and lunch at 12:00, consisting of rice, grilled chicken, chakalaka, potato salad, and beverages. Bidders must provide firm pricing for these items. All delivery costs must be included in the final bid price. The tender is subject to a 60-day validity period from the closing date of 28 September 2026.
