The KZN Growth Fund Agency is seeking a service provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Wellness and Health Programme for approximately 50 staff members and their families. The contract will run for 36 months. Key deliverables include a 24/7/365 support call centre, management training, intervention services for mental health and financial matters, and the coordination of an annual wellness day. The provider must also supply monthly and quarterly usage reports and review the agency's existing wellness framework. This project aims to support the psychological and social wellbeing of the workforce through professional counseling and educational awareness campaigns.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
