The successful service provider will support the CSOS wellness function across its head office in Centurion and various regional offices nationwide, including locations in the Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, and North West. Key deliverables include on-site clinic services, HIV/AIDS workplace policies, stress management training, and confidential 24/7 support for personal and workplace concerns. The provider must also coordinate two wellness days per year at each regional office. The contract duration is three years, with a bid validity period of 120 days.
