Description

The Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) invites bids for the provision of comprehensive employee wellness (EAP) services for approximately 230 employees. The contract will run for a period of 36 months. The successful service provider must deliver services nationwide, including 24/7 counselling support, trauma management, health screenings, executive support, and legal advisory services. Key deliverables include regular reporting, absenteeism management, and the coordination of wellness awareness sessions. The work must be performed both virtually and in-person across all South African provinces. The bid closing date is 19 October 2026 at 10h00.

Full requirements

  • Minimum 5 years company experience with at least 4 previous clients
  • Professional registration with HPCSA, SANC, or Legal Practice Council
  • Facilitators must hold relevant NQF level 7 qualifications
  • Must provide 24/7 toll-free support line
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R5 million per claim
  • Valid Tax Compliance status via SARS PIN or CSD registration
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
