- Professional registration with HPCSA, SANC, or Legal Practice Council
- Facilitators must hold relevant NQF level 7 qualifications

- Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R5 million per claim
- Valid Tax Compliance status via SARS PIN or CSD registration
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
