The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is requesting information to help plan the automation of its supply chain management processes. The goal is to modernize how the organization handles procurement planning, requisitions, tender issuance, supplier management, and contract tracking. The proposed system must integrate with the existing Promun financial software and comply with South African data security laws. This process is for market research and planning purposes only and does not lead to an immediate contract award. The work will be managed by the MHSC, and interested parties should provide details on their software solutions and pricing models by 11 September 2026.
