- Valid PSIRA registration for company and all security personnel
- Valid PSIRA and Private Security Sector Provident Fund letters of good standing
- Valid firearm licenses and competency certificates for personnel and operations
- Public Liability Insurance coverage of at least R10 million
- Valid ICASA radio frequency license
- Municipal tax compliance with no debt older than 90 days
- Proof of vehicle ownership or valid lease agreements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
