Description

The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a service provider to supply a turnkey office solution in Gauteng. The project involves leasing office space between 7,500 and 9,500 square meters along the N1 highway corridor between Pretoria and Midrand for a five-year period. The facility must accommodate 350 employees and include boardrooms, conference rooms, parking for 345 vehicles, and full ICT and security infrastructure. The provider is responsible for lease negotiations, facilities management, and ensuring the building meets all safety and operational standards. The contract requires a fully functional, ready-to-occupy office environment.
