Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an experienced Media Monitoring Agency to track and analyze media coverage across national, regional, provincial, and community platforms. This includes print, radio, television, online news, and social media. The service provider must deliver daily data feeds and analytical reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Key deliverables include reputation impact analysis, advertising value equivalency, and spokesperson performance tracking. The work must be performed in-house within South Africa. The contract duration is six months. Additionally, the RAF requires a separate service provider for the secure handling, transportation, and storage of confidential physical and digital files, ensuring strict data protection and cybersecurity measures are maintained throughout the contract period.
