Description

The Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency invites proposals to manage and operate the Cape Morgan Conference and Hotel Facility. Located in the Cape Morgan Nature Reserve, the facility includes 32 rooms, a conference center, and a restaurant. The successful partner will handle all daily operations, including maintenance, marketing, staffing, and security. The project aims to improve the site through capital investment and local community development. The concession period is expected to last between 15 and 30 years, depending on the investment proposed.
