Description

The South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) is seeking an independent service provider to perform an external job evaluation and grading for ten executive management positions. The work will take place in Pretoria. The project requires the use of the Paterson Job Evaluation System to review job profiles, evaluate roles, and provide grading outcomes. Key deliverables include individual evaluation reports for each role, a consolidated summary report, and a formal presentation to the executive board. The entire project is expected to be completed within two to three weeks from the start date.

Full requirements

  • Project Leader must hold valid Paterson Job Evaluation System certification

  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Must provide reference letters for job evaluation projects completed within five years
  • Must provide proof of POPIA compliance
