Key deliverables include specialized dietary meals, setup and breakdown of service areas, and the provision of staff and equipment. Services must be delivered within 24 to 72 hours of a request. All food must be hygienic, nutritional, and meet specific quality standards. Caterers must ensure staff wear appropriate PPE and provide services that accommodate various religious and ethnic dietary needs.
