The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is seeking to appoint a panel of caterers for a four-month contract. The work involves providing breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages for meetings, workshops, and events at the NLC Head Office and Gauteng Provincial Office in Hatfield, Pretoria. Key deliverables include specialized dietary meals, setup and breakdown of service areas, and the provision of staff and equipment. Services must be delivered within 24 to 72 hours of a request. All food must be hygienic, nutritional, and meet specific quality standards. Caterers must ensure staff wear appropriate PPE and provide services that accommodate various religious and ethnic dietary needs.
