Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites bids for an organisational culture masterclass and workshop program. The service provider will analyze culture survey results and facilitate workshops across various national and regional sites, including Gauteng, KZN, Western Cape, and other provinces. The project aims to embed desired cultural values through honest dialogue and employee engagement. Key requirements include a lead facilitator with 10 years of experience and an NQF Level 8 degree, plus two supporting facilitators with 5 years of experience and NQF Level 7 degrees. The company must demonstrate experience in large-scale behavioral interventions for organizations with at least 500 employees.
