Description

The KZN Growth Fund Agency is seeking a service provider to supply and configure an electronic board meeting system. The work will take place at the agency's premises. The contract will last for thirty-six months. The system must support thirty users and include features like secure document distribution, virtual meeting scheduling, digital voting, and electronic signatures. The provider must also handle data migration from the old system and provide ongoing technical support.
