The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is establishing a panel of service providers for book printing services. This contract will run for 24 months. The work involves Litho and Digital printing, including binding and finishing services like lamination, embossing, and UV varnishing. Service providers must be able to handle print runs ranging from 1 to 3,000 copies. Deliveries are required at the HSRC Press warehouse in Cape Town. The project requires the ability to manage multiple printing projects simultaneously. Work must be completed within 7 to 14 working days depending on the order size. The HSRC will evaluate bids based on price and specific goals. Service providers should ideally be based in the Western Cape, Gauteng, Tshwane, or KwaZulu-Natal provinces. The closing date for all proposals is 3rd September 2026.
