Description

The Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) is seeking to appoint a panel of law firms to provide legal services for three years, with an optional two-year extension. The work will be performed across South Africa as required by the SHRA legal department. The panel will handle various legal matters, including civil litigation, regulatory enforcement, property law, and corporate governance. Key deliverables include providing legal opinions, managing court and tribunal proceedings, and assisting with forensic investigations. Service providers will be selected on a rotational basis based on their expertise and office location. No monthly retainer will be paid; instead, firms will be compensated based on fixed hourly and daily rates for specific instructions completed.
