Description

The Luthuli Museum invites bids for the appointment of a service provider to deliver professional secretariat services for a 12-month period. The work will take place at the Luthuli Museum and involves supporting the Council and its committees. Key deliverables include scheduling and attending approximately 42 meetings, preparing agendas, managing meeting packs, recording minutes, and maintaining a resolutions register. The successful bidder will also provide guidance on corporate governance, assist with legislative compliance, and manage the corporate meeting calendar. The contract period runs from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027.
