The MICT SETA is seeking a service provider to renew Convene software licenses for 60 users over a 36-month period. The service provider must also integrate the software with existing business tools like MS Teams, Outlook, and SigniFlow, and implement new AI-driven features such as automated meeting summaries and intelligent search. This project will be based at the MICT SETA Head Office in Midrand. The contract will run for three years starting from the date of appointment.
