The project runs from the date of award until 30 June 2029. Key deliverables include profiling 1,500 shops annually, assisting 500 shops with regulatory compliance, and providing training and mentorship to 500 owners per year. Additionally, the provider must facilitate funding access for 100 shops annually and manage an annual business pitching program. The work will take place within the City of Ekurhuleni jurisdiction.
