Description

The Gauteng Department of Human Settlements is seeking service providers to join a pre-approved list for the protection of land and buildings. The work involves guarding, surveillance, and the removal of illegal structures on government-owned property. Key tasks include patrolling, access control, demolishing illegal buildings, and providing rapid response support. The contract will run for thirty-six months.   • Valid Private Security Sector Provident Fund compliance letter
  • Valid PSIRA Letter of Good Standing
  • Public Liability or Professional Indemnity insurance of at least R10 million
  • Proof of at least 20 valid company firearm licenses
  • Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
  • Audited financial statements for the last two years
  • Attendance at compulsory briefing session with signed certificate
