Wesgro is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Service Provider for a three-year contract. The work involves managing Microsoft agreements, Azure subscriptions, and Microsoft 365 licenses. The provider will also handle a migration to Microsoft 365 A5 and provide a managed telephony solution for 135 users via Microsoft Teams Operator Connect. Key deliverables include quarterly optimization reports, annual compliance verification, and a detailed migration plan. The project will take place in the Western Cape. Bidders must demonstrate experience through three similar past projects and provide client testimonials. The contract period is 36 months, and the project is subject to the 80/20 preference point system.
