Description

The Knysna Local Municipality is seeking expressions of interest from community and public radio stations to join a panel of service providers. The selected stations will provide radio communication and broadcasting services for 36 months on an as-and-when-needed basis. Key deliverables include broadcasting municipal advertisements, public notices, awareness campaigns, and emergency information. Stations must also facilitate interviews, host talk shows, and provide live coverage of municipal events. Services must be provided in English, Afrikaans, or isiXhosa. Applicants must have a broadcast footprint that covers the Greater Knysna Municipal area. This tender aims to improve public participation and communication between the municipality and its residents.
