The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a qualified facilitator to develop an end-to-end Communication Strategy. The project involves assessing current communication maturity, aligning strategies with the RAF’s corporate objectives, and creating a framework for both internal and external communications. The facilitator will lead engagement sessions with executives, management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Key deliverables include a comprehensive communication framework, an implementation roadmap, and performance monitoring mechanisms. This work will be conducted for the RAF. The project is identified by RFQ number PR 10117136. The closing date for submissions is 15 July 2026 at 11:00. The appointment is subject to a 30-day validity period from the closing date.
