The Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC) is seeking a service provider to maintain and support the K2 business process automation platform for the Municipal Finance Improvement Programme (MFIP). The work involves troubleshooting system bugs, providing technical support, managing third-party integrations like Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ensuring system security. The contract runs until 30 June 2027, with a total requirement of 720 hours of support services. The service provider must perform annual testing and maintain technical documentation. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in K2 development, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 technologies. The project lead must hold at least an NQF 7 degree in an IT-related field, and all K2 developers must hold relevant K2 certifications. The work will be managed by the MFIP Programme Management Unit.
