The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) is seeking to appoint a supplementary panel of part-time adjudicators for a three-year term. The work will be performed in Centurion and involves adjudicating disputes, conducting investigations, facilitating settlement agreements, and drafting legal orders. Successful candidates must handle legal queries, update tracking systems, and provide regular performance reports. Adjudicators are expected to have extensive knowledge of property and administrative law, with specific experience in mediation and arbitration. The project aims to ensure that all adjudication orders are legally sound and compliant with the CSOS Act.
