The service provider must provide cleaning services three days per week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 08:00 and 16:00. The scope covers a 326-square-meter facility, including offices, a boardroom, toilets, a kitchen, and a monitor room. The provider is responsible for supplying all necessary cleaning chemicals and materials on a monthly basis and replacing equipment every four months. A compulsory site briefing is scheduled for 28 September 2026 at 10:00. The closing date for submissions is 06 October 2026 at 12:00.
