The Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA) is inviting bids for the appointment of service providers to perform professional cleaning services at their provincial offices in KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, North-West, and the Western Cape. The scope of work includes daily office cleaning, vacuuming, waste management, kitchen maintenance, boardroom preparation, and quarterly deep cleaning and fumigation services. The service provider must supply all necessary cleaning materials, equipment, uniforms, and personal protective equipment. The contract period runs until 31 March 2028. Bidders must note that each provincial office is evaluated separately, and only one office will be awarded per service provider. The work involves maintaining specific office sizes ranging from 200m2 to 337.34m2. All services must be performed in accordance with high hygiene standards and professional conduct.
