The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) is seeking proposals from telecommunications providers and systems integrators for a voice migration and integration project. The work will take place at two office locations. The project involves porting legacy Telkom PRI and BRI telephone numbers to new SIP Trunks and terminating them on an existing AudioCodes Mediant 800 Session Border Controller (SBC). Key deliverables include configuring the SBC for hybrid call routing between a ShoreTel PBX and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, and procuring 30 Microsoft Teams Phone Standard licenses. The vendor must perform number porting, configure SIP normalization rules, implement certified Direct Routing, and conduct end-to-end testing. The license term runs from project activation until 30 June 2028. The vendor must also provide complete as-built documentation upon project completion.
