The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) is seeking a service provider for offsite physical records management. The project covers the Head Office and ten regional offices across South Africa. The successful bidder will provide secure transportation, climate-controlled storage, inventory management, document retrieval, high-speed digitization with OCR functionality, and secure destruction services. The contract duration is 48 months, ending no later than 30 September 2030. Key deliverables include maintaining strict chain-of-custody logs, providing a cloud-based inventory system, and ensuring compliance with national legislation such as the National Archives Act and PoPIA. Performance will be monitored quarterly against service level agreements. The tender closing date is 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
