Description

Statistics South Africa is seeking to appoint a panel of legal service providers for a three-year period. The work will be performed on an ad hoc basis across ten legal categories, including civil litigation, commercial law, employment law, and constitutional law. The project is based in Pretoria. Successful firms will enter into a Master Services Agreement, provide monthly progress reports, and assist with skills transfer to in-house staff. All intellectual property created during the contract will belong to Statistics South Africa. Firms must be South African-based and demonstrate relevant experience in their chosen legal fields.
