Description

The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is seeking a service provider to manage a 24/7 anonymous whistleblowing hotline and email tip-off service for 36 months. The provider must handle reports via phone, email, and web, ensuring full confidentiality and data security. Key deliverables include incident logging, risk assessment, quarterly reporting, and a comprehensive review of the NFVF whistleblowing policy to ensure legal alignment. The system must support all eleven official South African languages and maintain high-level ICT security, including digital voice recording and 24-hour surveillance. The work will be performed remotely and at the provider's contact centre facilities.
