The provider must handle reports via phone, email, and web, ensuring full confidentiality and data security. Key deliverables include incident logging, risk assessment, quarterly reporting, and a comprehensive review of the NFVF whistleblowing policy to ensure legal alignment. The system must support all eleven official South African languages and maintain high-level ICT security, including digital voice recording and 24-hour surveillance. The work will be performed remotely and at the provider's contact centre facilities.
