The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) invites bids for the provision of Employee Health and Wellness Management Services. The project will take place in Pretoria and covers a 12-month period. The service provider must deliver professional psycho-social support, including a 24/7 call centre, short-term counselling, trauma debriefing, and mental health referrals. Additionally, the provider will facilitate team enrichment sessions, leadership coaching, and conduct an annual workplace climate survey. The contractor is required to submit monthly and annual reports detailing service delivery. This initiative aims to support MISA employees through diagnostic, counselling, and referral services in line with the DPSA Strategic Framework.
