- Operations Manager: NQF level 7 and 5+ years experience
- Supervisors: NQF level 6 and 3+ years experience
- Attendance at compulsory briefing session
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD registration
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
