Description

South African Airways (SAA) is seeking a service provider for a multi-skilled, 24/7 global contact centre. The work will be performed remotely or at a facility provided by the successful bidder. Key deliverables include managing reservations, sales, Voyager loyalty support, back-office finance tasks, cargo reservations, and crisis management. The service must be provided in English, German, Portuguese, and French. The contract duration is five years, with a compulsory online briefing session scheduled for 13 July 2026. The project requires a hybrid training model and the use of specific IT infrastructure. The successful bidder must be ready to commence operations within six months of the award. All pricing must be firm and inclusive of VAT, with costs broken down annually for the five-year term.

  • Evidence of Workforce Management (WFM) system
  • Proof of qualified training staff and facility access
  • Operations Manager: NQF level 7 and 5+ years experience
  • Supervisors: NQF level 6 and 3+ years experience
  • Attendance at compulsory briefing session
  • Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD registration
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
