The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking to appoint a panel of media space buying service providers. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis from the date of appointment until 31 March 2028. The successful service providers will be responsible for media planning, strategy, and the booking of advertisements across print, audio, digital, and out-of-home platforms. Key deliverables include the creation of media plans, rate negotiation, proof of placement, campaign monitoring reports, and financial reconciliation. This appointment does not guarantee a minimum volume of work. The tender is evaluated on a functionality threshold where bidders must achieve at least 70 points.
