Description

Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) is seeking a service provider for employee transportation services at the Port of Ngqura and the Port of Port Elizabeth. This contract will run for a period of two years. The service provider must transport employees between their homes and the ports during times when public transport is unavailable, including weekends and public holidays. The fleet must consist of 22-seater and 15-seater vehicles that are no older than four years. Key deliverables include maintaining daily trip registers, providing weekly shift rosters, and ensuring all drivers hold valid Code C1 licenses and Professional Driver’s Permits. The provider must also ensure vehicles are equipped with speed-tracking data loggers and maintain a functional office within the Nelson Mandela Bay area. The tender process includes a mandatory briefing session on 17 August 2026, with the final submission deadline set for 28 August 2026.
