Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites audit firms to provide agreed-upon procedures assurance for the 2025/26, 2026/27, and 2027/28 financial years. The work involves verifying financial accuracy for VSAT networks, ensuring compliance with DBSA loan covenants, and recalculating correction factors and revenue-weighted tariff increases. The project requires a qualified team, including a Lead Partner and Manager, both of whom must be Chartered Accountants with experience in IFRS, PFMA, and tax legislation. Bidders must provide five reference letters from similar projects completed within the last five years. The work will be conducted for ATNS, and proposals must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date of 14 July 2026.
