Description

The National Heritage Council (NHC) is seeking a service provider to supply a bulk email and messaging system for a three-year period. The work involves managing digital communications, stakeholder engagement, and targeted messaging campaigns. Key deliverables include software for designing and distributing monthly newsletters, SMS capabilities for non-smartphone users, and detailed analytics on campaign performance. The provider must also handle technical configurations like DNS settings, website integration, and database migration. Additionally, the project requires ongoing data hygiene reporting, dedicated technical support, and the delivery of four training sessions per year. This service will be implemented for the NHC to improve their digital outreach and communication efficiency.

Full requirements

  • Provide OEM authorization letter if acting as a reseller
  • Must have valid Tax Status Pin
  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
